*    Periodically review and adjust project budgets
*    Investigate and report cost over runs to client

18.    Construction Management
*    Establish and monitor time schedules to map all tasks and activities related to construction
*    Monitor the work progress and performance of contractors, surveyor and consultants
*    Certification of payments
*    Managing delays / accelerations
*     Administration of construction documents and reports
*    Quality monitoring and control
*    Certification of completion and compliance
*    Liaise with authorities for construction related issues
*    Supervise the work of consultant and other vendors
*    Managing handing over of work
